Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of Cubes, the virtual currency of PlayMC by RMDCGames, and their use for ranks, lobby cosmetics and server options. The seller is RMDC, for its RMDCGames brand (see the legal notice).

2. Cubes

• Cubes are earned by playing or bought through PayPal, Dedipass (Paysafecard, SMS) or BTCPay.
• They are not refundable, not convertible into money and not exchangeable outside PlayMC.
• They do not expire while the account is active. An account inactive for 3 years is deleted with its Cubes, after email warnings 60, 30 and 7 days before.
• The number of Cubes per euro may vary with the payment method; it is shown before the purchase.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code (CGI).

4. Ranks and options

The Premium and Elite ranks and the monthly options last 30 days from purchase. Their renewal follows the balance rules shown on the site. Ranks give no gameplay advantage on players' servers.

5. Right of withdrawal

Cubes are digital content supplied immediately. By confirming the purchase, you request this immediate supply and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

6. Minors

A minor must have their parents' consent before any purchase.

7. Suspension

In case of fraud (disputed payment, cheating to obtain Cubes), the Cubes involved may be removed and the account suspended.
